Greetings,
2010 marks my 20th anniversary of arriving in Las Vegas.
To celebrate I am inviting my friends to contribute to my "Fabulous Las Vegas Recipe Collection."
My goal is to have 1,000 or more of my friends; acquaintances and business associates contribute recipes. This very special collection of recipes will be available by May 13, 2010, (or sooner) celebrating my 20th anniversary of arriving in Las Vegas, the "Entertainment Capital of the World!!"
Before you say "I don't cook" let me say this collection isn't about cooking. It's about your favorite food dishes. We want to know the recipe so we can eat it too. So whether it's a recipe from your mom, grandmother, neighbor, celebrity chef or even your own, click that submit button and load it up.
I want this project to benefit others. So, once the collection is complete, I will be selling the recipe book to any and all. A generous share of the proceeds will benefit charity, most likely a food-bank type charity. I will announce the chosen charity here as soon as possible.
